The Healthy Baker

The Healthy Baker, owned by agri-business giants Manildra Group, approached G Squared for an upgraded web strategy, design & development.

We sharpened the website’s focus on its recipes, as stickiness & bounce were issues the old website was grappling with. The website was a resounding success, praised by all stakeholders as a new direction for the brand. Key results include a reduction in the bounce rate from 43% to 0.9% and an increase in average page session time from 1.5 minutes to 4.5 minutes.

The website was built responsively using HTML5 and CSS3.

Cerrone Jewellers

We were engaged to design & build Cerrone’s first eCommerce solution, looking to sell high jewellery and engagement rings online with various complex integrations (including integrating with Resnet, a global diamond database).

We followed a strict project flow, starting from research, user journey mapping, sitemapping, wireframing and high fidelity design.

UNSW

UNSW approached us to build a new content portal for their Law Journal, modelled off Harvard Law Review and others.
With a sharp focus on UX, we designed a seamless user journey through a complex article architecture. We combined soft UI design with hard geometrical edges to complement this journey and highlight key areas of the website.
The website was built responsively using HTML5 and CSS3.

ARPC

We won a competitive pitch held by the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation (ARPC) to engage an agency to redesign & rebuild its website.

Following two extensive stakeholder workshops, we redesigned their website architecture and user flow to move away from an arduous flow and closer to an experience that was far more intuitive. Further, we designed a user interface that flowed with stacked cards & tiles layered atop of imagery in line with contemporary design trends but also to allow key content areas to pop.

The project was a resounding success, praised by the various stakeholders initially engaged in our research.

B2BPay

Zenith Payments engaged us to digitally launch their new business payment product, B2BPay. We custom designed a user-centric solution that compiled a variety of diverse information into easy to consume chunks, utilising iconography, contextual imagery and more.

Raw Sugar Living

Raw Sugar Living is an established body wash & soap brand in the USA. Together with a partner agency, we were engaged to transform their online identity from a tired look & feel to a rejuvenated, vibrant aesthetic taking on the bigger brands in the market.

The result… an upgraded website with an enhanced design, and indeed a very happy client!

LIV Realty

Newly launched estate agency LIV Realty engaged G Squared to launch an innovative & unique web presence, featuring a custom listing feature and a bespoke aesthetic & journey

Crime Stoppers NSW

We began Crime Stoppers NSW’s web design & development revamp with a lengthy UX process. It was vital that users could submit information to the police securely, quickly, and easily, so we carried out extensive testing and discovery sessions to ensure the website’s functionality was easily accessible by all user types.

Mobile use is a huge proportion of website traffic also, so it was vital that the website’s core features integrated seamlessly across all device – including the news portal, campaign portal, and most importantly, report a crime facility.

We were briefed also to distance Crime Stoppers NSW from the police, so we introduced a burnt orange to the digital style guide. By doing so, we were able to differentiate the two brands while creating not only an aesthetic vibrancy to Crime Stoppers, but a functional, intuitive user experience also.

5 Selborne

5 Selborne is a leading Sydney barristers’ chambers. We were engaged to design a bespoke, minimalist experience for its users and conduct a rebrand to convey a more contemporary look & feel.

We designed a largely centre-aligned, full-width experience with a prominent geometric pattern/image used throughout to provide texture & contrast. The website was custom built in WordPress using HTML5 & CSS3.

Sydney Swans

We were engaged by the Swans to execute an online campaign titled Proudly Sydney. It involved the development of an online application allowing users to create their own, customized graphic with a tailored message & player image on it. It also acted as a data acquisition tool, as users had to leave their data to access, download & share the image they created.

The campaign was a huge success, delivered on a very tight timeframe, exceeding KPIs and leaving one happy client!
