Previously, ARB was unable to track the effectiveness of its digital media campaign. We set up parameters to measure the intent of customers, then were able to scale the digital media campaign across multiple channels, resulting in our work being awarded the Silver Award for Best Omnichannel Campaign at the APAC Search Awards.
We introduced programmatic, and allowed this to run alongside a sophisticated Google Ads campaign, as well as a creative-led social and YouTube campaign to drive more relevant traffic to the site. Through this, we were able to measure an increase in conversions across the board.

We successfully scaled Mr Black’s online DTC offering to multiple markets whilst simultaneously increasing awareness and driving retail sales. By providing a consultative approach and business level suggestions, we were able to drive strong results through key periods, while maintaining an effective presence throughout the year, contributing to strong in-store sales.
We worked closely with the Mr Black team to identify opportunities, including introduction of new products, online-only promotions, and improving the customer experience when they purchase direct from Mr Black.
