Duties to include:
- Triaging, escalating & responding to customer enquiries and comments on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Report writing and creation of activity summaries for each client
- Training and personal development provided internally and by clients
- Working within leading social media monitoring tools
The after-hours period is split into three shifts: 5pm – 12am (midnight), 12am – 5am, and 5am – 12pm (midday). We also have 9am – 5pm shifts available on weekends and Public Holidays, available to those with previous community management experience and further training.
