The Challenge

Newly launched estate agency LIV Realty wanted to stand out from the other agents in the Sydney market. They didn’t want to lead with listings, but instead lead with lifestyle, a storyline and an underlying passion for all things Sydney.

The Solution

We launched a unique experience-focused design, which had users land on a ‘live’ photo of Sydney which changes dependent on the time of day, also showing the live time and weather in the city. Additionally, we created a split screento guide users to either LIV or LEARN – the two areas of the business. The project was a resounding success, and was Finalist for Website of the Year at the Australian Web Awards in 2017.
