Mr Black engaged us to grow their direct to consumer offering, while attracting new customers and driving product trial amongst users who had not tried their product before.
We successfully scaled Mr Black’s online DTC offering to multiple markets whilst simultaneously increasing awareness and driving retail sales. By providing a consultative approach and business level suggestions, we were able to drive strong results through key periods, while maintaining an effective presence throughout the year, contributing to strong in-store sales.
We worked closely with the Mr Black team to identify opportunities, including introduction of new products, online-only promotions, and improving the customer experience when they purchase direct from Mr Black.
