Sealy of Australia conducted an extensive search for a digital agency that shared their vision – to assist in first building brand conviction online, and then simplified the selection process to ensure users are connected to their most suitable mattress. Enter G Squared.
We worked closely with the Sealy of Australia team to intimately understand their user personas, and accordingly designed various journey flows to suit their diverse needs. Central to this was creating a staggered-selection menu, which reduced choice paralysis at each stage of product consideration. Working in tandem with this was a revitalised Mattress Selector, which was reduced to 5 total steps and included more interactive UI elements to prompt engagement.
The website and new experience has been widely celebrated by Sealy Posturepedic customers, partners, retailers and of course – the client itself. We continue to work closely together to ensure the website evolves over time, allowing the data to drive the ongoing strategy.
