Star Car Wash had built a successful Australia-wide business, growing to be the nation’s largest car wash operator. The challenge? Their digital solution needed to keep up with the pace. Enter G Squared, working collaboratively with their marketing agency Optimill.
We ran a collaborative initial workshop, which helped us group together priority user personas and look to match the user’s objectives with custom journey funnels. This included revamping the online booking and gift voucher portals, which now work seamlessly with the marketing site and provide the user with a consistent and simple user experience.
We also revamped the overall UI, looking to position Star as a premium offering in the market by utilising rich media, animations and custom UI elements including diamond edges and bespoke iconography.
