Our concept was to draw inspiration from Hurlstone Park's history, naming the project Wattle Hill (Hurlstone Park's original name), and telling its story across all collateral. Our goal was to draw an emotional connection between the project and potential buyers.
We began with a soft launch, putting up signage on New Canterbury Road featuring just the view and very short copy to generate EOIs. This alone generated 80 enquiries in the first week. Next, we launched a full website followed by online advertising using prospecting technology achieving a cost per qualified lead of just $120. This was used to target individuals who, through browsing habits, had shown a high intent to purchase property.
