The Challenge.

We've been engaged as Mirvac's digital agency for 5+ years. Over that time, we've work with a diverse group of state-based marketers across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. We act as a conduit between the IT/engineering team at Mirvac, and said marketers, and ensure needs are being met proactively and new sites are rolled out conforming to technical standards in Sitecore 10.1, SXA and in Azure.

As part of continuous optimisation and evolution, we worked with the Mirvac team to procure an upgraded Sitecore license, utilising SitecoreAI (previously XM Cloud) and worked together on this major transformation and upgrade project.

The Solution.

G Squared’s web strategy revolves around creating a cohesive online experience that aligns with Mirvac’s mission to enrich urban life. Critical to this was the engineering of a new suite of components in the Sitecore component library, to better enable marketers. In addition, we built a number of new websites within SitecoreAI together with supporting the migration of their 85+ website ecosystem. Marketers now utilise the upgraded visual page builder and other out-of-the-box features including personalisation and experimentation

Newly built websites in this new environment include LIV by Mirvac, First Home Buyers Hub, NINE Willoughby, 400 George, Everleigh, Everdene and many others.


The Results.

We helped streamline the rollout of multiple websites, ensuring that they all work off a shared component library but additionally include flexibility within reusable components to ensure each brand can be adequately brought to life. The client is now in a composable, SaaS and cloud-native DX ecosystem, with a reusable library of components to supercharge future websites.
