We identified that Google was being blocked from crawling key areas of the MILKRUN website, resulting in a significant 50% loss in search visibility. To address this, we quickly resolved the crawl restrictions, enabling Google to access and index these critical sections again—which helped MILKRUN regain its lost visibility.
Following this, we worked closely with MILKRUN’s internal teams to launch a new site structure, ensuring search engine crawlers have full access to all shoppable parts of the website. This supported sustained visibility and growth, particularly for category and product pages.
Additionally, we developed an international strategy for both the Australian and New Zealand markets, which has contributed to ongoing growth in both regions.
